NotiSpark AI is the optional online AI in NotiSpark Mail. Each action uses a credit or two, on all your devices. The AI on your computer doesn’t use credits.

Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. Download NotiSpark and use it free for as long as you like.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account page at any time; the difference is worked out for you.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then NotiSpark continues on the free plan. Your email and settings are never deleted.

Is there a refund?

Pro and Business start with a 30-day free trial, no card needed, so you can try everything before you pay. That is why payments are not refunded, except for an accidental duplicate purchase or a technical problem we can’t fix. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it runs until the end of the period you paid for. The terms of service have the details.

How do devices work?

Sign in to NotiSpark on each computer and phone. You can see and remove devices from your account page at any time.

How does Business work for a team?

Business is priced per person. The person who pays chooses how many people to pay for and invites them by email. Each person gets their own NotiSpark sign-in, their own 5 computers and 5 phones, and every Business feature. Add or remove people at any time; the difference is worked out for you.

Can I pay once instead of subscribing?

Yes. Pro is also sold for a single payment. It covers every update of the current major version (for example every 1.x version), with no subscription. When a new major version comes out you can upgrade for much less than a new license, and the upgrade is free if you bought in the year before it came out. If you don’t upgrade, you keep your version for as long as you like, and it keeps working with the phone app and NotiSpark Sync for at least 2 years after the new one comes out, and gets important and security fixes for 1 year. After that it keeps working, just without fixes. The version limit is for the computer app: the phone app is always included, whatever version your phone has. Want every future version too? Tick “Every future version” when you buy: you pay once more on top, and every new major version is included, with no upgrade to pay ever again.

What are NotiSpark AI credits?

NotiSpark AI is an optional online AI that works on your computer and your phone with nothing to set up. Each action uses a credit or two. Pro includes 300 credits a month and Business 500 a month per person. Anyone can buy a credit pack, and bought credits never expire. The AI that runs on your computer doesn’t use credits.
