NotiSpark AI
AI help with nothing to set up
NotiSpark AI is an optional online choice, next to the AI on your computer and your own AI account. Turn it on once and it works right away, on your computer and on your phone. Nothing is sent until you choose it and start an action, and each action uses a credit or two.
Three ways to use AI. You choose.
The AI on your computer keeps everything on your computer, but it needs a fairly good computer, and phones can’t run it. Your own AI account works once you sign up with an AI company and add your key. NotiSpark AI is the easy one: nothing to install, no sign-up, no key.
- On your computer: nothing leaves it
- Your own AI account: your AI company, your key (Business)
- NotiSpark AI: works right away on your computer and phone
Made for your phone
Phones can’t run an AI on their own, so NotiSpark AI is the easy choice there. The first time you tap an AI button, the app explains what is sent and asks before turning it on.
- Summaries, reply drafts and rewrites
- Catch me up: your new mail plus today’s events (only their title, time and place)
- Automatic morning or evening briefings, if you want them
- The same credits on your computer and your phone
Simple credits
Each action uses credits. A summary, a reply draft, a rewrite or a writing check is 1 credit. A question to the assistant is 1 credit, a little more for a very long text, and a briefing is usually 2 or 3. If something goes wrong and you get no answer, it’s free.
- Pro and Business include monthly credits
- Credit packs for every plan, paid once, never billed afterwards
- Bought credits never expire
- You always see how many you have left
Private by design, even online
NotiSpark AI sends only what you ask about: the email or text you’re working on and what you want done. It goes to our server, which passes it to the AI company and sends the answer back to you. We never store your email or the answer. The AI company handles it under its business terms, which say it isn’t used to train its AI.
- Nothing is sent until you choose NotiSpark AI and start an action
- We work with OpenAI and Anthropic
- Your history shows only the date, the task and the credits
- Go back to the AI on your computer at any time
Nothing runs behind your back
On your computer, automatic jobs like the spam check, sorting and the mood of each email never use NotiSpark AI: they stay on your computer. Automatic briefings use it only if you tick that option. On your phone you can turn on “Automatic AI on this phone”: new mail gets a spam check, a mood and labels for about 1 credit per 10 emails, with a daily maximum. It’s off until you turn it on, and it switches itself off when your computer already does this job.
- Every automatic use is off until you turn it on
- A daily maximum keeps your credits safe
- Turn it off at any time in Settings

Questions
What is a credit?
A credit pays for one small AI action. A summary, a reply draft, a rewrite or a writing check uses 1 credit. A question to the assistant uses 1, a little more for a very long text, and a briefing usually uses 2 or 3. The app shows how many actions you have left.
What happens when I run out?
NotiSpark AI pauses and a friendly note tells you when your monthly credits come back. You can buy a credit pack at any time, and on your computer you can use the AI that runs on it in the meantime. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Is my email stored?
No. The email or text you ask about passes through our server to the AI company, and the answer comes straight back to you. We never store either one, not even in our logs. We keep only a record of each action, such as the date, the task, the credits and the size of the text, and you can see your credit history in your account on notispark.com.
Which AI companies do you use?
OpenAI and Anthropic. One of them answers and the other steps in if it’s down. They handle your request under their business terms, which say it isn’t used to train their AI.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, and it’s the easy choice there, because phones can’t run an AI on their own. Your credits work on your computer and your phone. On the phone you can also turn on automatic briefings and “Automatic AI on this phone”. Both stay off until you choose them.
Can I get a refund for a credit pack?
Yes, within 14 days of buying it, as long as you haven’t used any credits from that pack. Credits you have used can’t be refunded. Monthly credits and the welcome gift are free, so there is nothing to refund. The terms of service have the details.
Can I use NotiSpark AI on the Free plan?
Yes, with a credit pack. The Free plan doesn’t include monthly credits, but packs work on every plan. The free trial includes 50 credits, ready about a day after you start, so you can try it first.
I bought a one-time license. Do I get credits?
A one-time license doesn’t include monthly credits. Instead, you get a welcome gift of 300 credits when you buy it. Like bought credits, they never expire.
