Calendar
The easy, private calendar for home and work
Type “Dentist tomorrow 3pm” and it's on your calendar, with a little tooth icon. Behind that simple start is a powerful calendar: repeats for real life, invitations with answers, tasks and meeting notes, right next to your email on your computer and your phone. And it stays private: your calendar lives on your devices, not in an ad company's cloud.

Easy
Type what you'd tell a friend. No forms, no learning curve.
Powerful
Real-life repeats, invitations with Find a time, tasks, and Outlook and iCloud both ways.
Private and secure
Stored on your devices, encrypted when it syncs. No ads, nothing sold.
For home and work

See it in action
Type an event in plain words, drag it to another day, make it repeat and look at your whole year, all in under a minute.
Add events by typing a sentence
No forms to fill in. Write what you'd tell a friend and NotiSpark sets the day, time, length, place and icon. Check the preview and press Enter.
- “Soccer practice every Tuesday 5pm at Lincoln High”
- “Vacation Nov 2–6” becomes a span of days
- “todo: call the bank” becomes a task
- Works in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and German

Repeats that fit real life
Every other Tuesday, the first Monday of the month, weekdays only, or until a certain date. Change one date or all the following ones, and skip a week without breaking the series.
- Custom repeats explained in plain words
- Change this date, this and following, or all
- Up to five reminders per event, with snooze

Invite people and see who's coming
Send a calendar invitation to anyone with an email address. They answer from Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail, and you see right away who's coming, who isn't and who suggested another time. (Pro)
- Works with Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail
- Answers and suggested times arrive by themselves
- Your own calendars like Work, Family and Kids (Pro)
Find a time that works for everyone
When you add people to an event, a Find a time row shows when you and each guest are busy that day. Pick a free spot, or jump to the next time everyone is free. Your own calendars always show. With Pro you also see when other people are busy, if their calendar shares it: Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and CalDAV calendars like iCloud, Fastmail and Nextcloud.
- “Next time everyone is free” in one click
- Only busy or free, never what the events are
- Other people's busy times with Pro
Tasks and meeting notes
Keep your to-dos next to your appointments. Tasks can have a date or none, a priority and a checklist, and unfinished ones move to today on their own. Write meeting notes right in the event and turn any line into a task.
- Turn an email into a task in one click
- Unfinished tasks roll over to today
- Meeting note templates, and an AI summary for the guests (Pro)

Day, week, month and your whole year
Switch between day, work week, week, month, agenda and a 12-month year view. Drag an event to move it and drag its edge to make it longer. Search finds any event in a second.
- Year view to plan holidays and school breaks
- Drag to move, drag the edge to resize
- Week numbers and your choice of first day of the week

Busy, free or out of office, with tags
Choose how each event shows: busy, free, tentative, out of office or working elsewhere. Each one has its own calm look, from a simple outline for free time to soft stripes for tentative, so you see at a glance what really fills your day. Give events the same tags you use for email, like Work or Family, and type “#work” in quick add to tag an event as you write it.
- Time off shows as out of office by itself, and all-day events as free
- Tags show as small colored dots; show just one tag from the View menu
- Uses the same calendar standards as Outlook and Google Calendar, and stays in step with connected Microsoft and CalDAV calendars
Views that fit the way you plan
Put calendars side by side, each in its own column, and see the whole family or the whole team at once. Drag an event to another column to move it to that calendar. Save the views you use most, like “Family this week”, and open them in one click. Planning with people far away? Add up to three extra time zones next to your day, each with its own name.
- Calendars side by side in Day and Work week (Pro)
- Saved views keep the calendars, tags and dates you chose
- Up to three extra time zones, like “Lisbon office”
Your Outlook and iCloud calendars, both ways
Connect your Outlook.com calendar or any calendar that uses CalDAV, like iCloud, Fastmail or Nextcloud. Changes made in NotiSpark show up there, and changes made there show up in NotiSpark. (Pro)
- Outlook.com, iCloud, Fastmail, Nextcloud and more
- Add, change and delete from either side
- Import and export .ics files, free in every plan

Questions
Does NotiSpark have a calendar?
Yes. NotiSpark Mail has a full calendar built in, right next to your email, on Windows, Linux and Android. It includes quick add by typing, repeating events, reminders, tasks, meeting notes, birthdays, public holidays and weather.
Is the calendar free?
Yes. The calendar, quick add, repeats, reminders, tasks, meeting notes, holidays, weather, birthdays, show as, tags, saved views, extra time zones and .ics import and export are free. Pro adds sending invitations, seeing other people's busy times, calendars side by side, extra calendars like Work and Family, and connecting your Outlook.com or iCloud calendar both ways.
Can I connect my Outlook or iCloud calendar?
Yes, with Pro. NotiSpark connects to Outlook.com and to calendars that use CalDAV, such as iCloud, Fastmail and Nextcloud, and keeps them in step both ways.
Can I show an event as free, tentative or out of office?
Yes, on every plan. Open More options in an event and choose busy, free, tentative, out of office or working elsewhere. Each one has its own look on the calendar. Time off is set to out of office by itself, and all-day events count as free.
Can I see when people are free before I invite them?
Yes. When you add people to an event, Find a time shows your own busy times on every plan. With Pro you also see the busy times of people whose calendar shares them, such as Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, iCloud, Fastmail and Nextcloud. NotiSpark only sees whether someone is busy or free, never what their events are. When a calendar doesn't share busy times, NotiSpark says so instead of guessing.
Can I see several calendars side by side?
Yes, with Pro. In the View menu, choose Side by side and each calendar gets its own column in the Day and Work week views. Drag an event to another column to move it to that calendar.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
A direct Google Calendar connection is coming. Today you can subscribe to your Google Calendar's private link to see it in NotiSpark, or import and export .ics files.
Can I add events by typing?
Yes. Type something like “Dentist tomorrow 3pm for 30 min” or “Book club every last Thursday 7pm” and NotiSpark fills in the date, time, repeat and icon. It understands English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and German.
Does the calendar have tasks?
Yes. Tasks can have a date or no date, a priority and a checklist. Unfinished tasks roll over to today, and you can turn any email into a task.
Is my calendar the same on my computer and phone?
Yes, with NotiSpark Sync. Your events, tasks and calendar settings are the same on every device, and they are encrypted so only your own devices can read them.
Does the calendar work offline?
Yes. Your calendar is stored on your device, so you can see and change it without the internet. Connected calendars catch up when you're back online.
