Private AI
An AI assistant that keeps your email private
NotiSpark’s AI runs on your own computer. It drafts replies, summarizes long threads, spots meetings and writes you a morning briefing, without sending your email to anyone.

What your computer needs for the AI
- Works on
- Most Windows and Linux computers. Without a graphics card a smaller AI runs on the processor: it works, just slower and simpler.
- Recommended
- A graphics card with 8 GB of memory or more, and 16 GB of computer memory (RAM).
- Best results
- A graphics card with 16 GB or more runs a bigger, smarter AI; 24 GB runs the largest one.
- Disk space
- 3 to 22 GB for the AI model, depending on its size, downloaded once when you turn the AI on.
NotiSpark checks your computer and picks the best AI it can run smoothly. On an older computer, Business lets you connect your own AI provider instead.
Replies in seconds
Ask for a reply, pick the tone and edit before you send. Rewrite your own text to be shorter, friendlier or more formal.
- Reply drafts and rewrite
- Thread summaries
- Ask questions about your mail and calendar
Your day, briefed
A morning briefing tells you what needs you today; an end-of-day briefing shows what is still open. Meetings in emails are spotted and offered for your calendar.
- Morning and end-of-day briefings
- Meeting detection with one-click add to calendar
- Spam check on every incoming email
Knows the mood. Checks your tone.
When an email clearly stands out, one quiet line tells you: “Seems upset: still waiting for the refund.” Most emails show nothing. Before you send, a calm line under your text says how it reads, like “Friendly and direct · easy to read”, and gently asks if something may come across as harsh. Soften it in one click, or send it anyway.
- Upset, frustrated, urgent and happy emails noticed, with a short reason
- Tone, length and readability checked before you send
- One-click Soften it, Make it shorter, Make it clearer
- Never blocks sending; switch any part off in Settings
You choose where it runs
Use the built-in model on your computer for full privacy, or connect your own AI provider on the Business plan. Or pick NotiSpark AI, our optional online AI: nothing to set up, and it works on your phone too.
- Runs on your graphics card when you have one
- No account or key needed for the built-in AI
- NotiSpark AI: no setup, paid with credits
Questions
What computer do I need for the AI?
It runs on most computers. For quick, high-quality answers we recommend a graphics card with 8 GB of memory or more and 16 GB of RAM. Without a graphics card a smaller AI runs on the processor, which is slower. NotiSpark picks the best AI your computer can run.
Is my email sent to an AI company?
Not with the built-in AI: it runs entirely on your computer. If you choose to connect your own provider, only the tasks you start are sent to it. With NotiSpark AI, only the actions you start are sent, through our server, to the AI company, and we never store them.
Does the AI work on the phone?
The AI on your computer can’t run on a phone. Your phone shows the drafts and follow-ups it creates, and the moods it noticed if you switch that on. For AI right on your phone, choose NotiSpark AI.
How reliable is the mood of an email?
Very. NotiSpark only shows a mood when the AI is sure and can point to the exact words, and most emails show nothing. In our tests with 1,200 emails in five languages, no calm email was ever marked as upset or angry. If a mark is ever wrong, click “Not right?” and it's gone.
Will the tone check stop me from sending?
Never. It shows a calm line while you write and, only when an email may come across as harsh, one gentle note at Send. You can soften it in one click or send it anyway, and turn the check off in Settings. The free plan includes the length and readability check.
