Advanced Read Receipts
Know when your email is opened
No more “did you get my email?”. NotiSpark lets you know when the emails you send are opened, so you can relax, or follow up at just the right time. Sign in once and it works, on by default (you can turn it off anytime in Settings › Email tracking): no plug-ins, no setup, nothing for the recipient to do.

For the emails that really matter
Some emails you simply need to know arrived. A read receipt gives you that peace of mind.
- The party invite: you sent it to your friends and want to be sure they got it before you order the cake
- The job application: you know the moment the recruiter has opened your CV
- The quote: you call your client once they’ve had a look, not before
- The important letter: the landlord, the school or the bank opened it, so it didn’t get lost in spam
Opened or not, at a glance
Every email you send shows whether it has been opened: in your mail list, in the message itself and on your phone. No more guessing and no more awkward “did you get it?” messages.
- Works with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and any IMAP account
- No browser extension or add-in
- Recipients see a normal email
Hear about it straight away
Pick a sound, a pop-up or a star on the email. Follow up while it’s still fresh, instead of wondering.
- Alert on first open
- Open count and history for each email
- A list of your latest opens in one drawer
Honest about what it can see
Some mail services load pictures on the reader’s behalf. NotiSpark notices Gmail and Apple Mail doing this and tells you, so you are never misled by an automatic open.
- Your own opens never count
- Privacy-first: we never store the reader’s IP address
- Your recipients’ email addresses stay on your devices
Questions
How do Advanced Read Receipts work?
NotiSpark adds a tiny invisible picture to the email. When the reader’s mail app shows the email, the picture loads and NotiSpark lets you know it was opened. Nothing is installed on their side and the email looks exactly as you wrote it.
Will the recipient know?
They get a normal email. If their mail app keeps pictures off, you will see it as opened once they show them.
Does NotiSpark see who I email?
No. Your recipients’ email addresses stay in the app on your own devices. Our server only gets a scrambled code, so it can tell that two emails went to the same person, but not who that person is.
Should I tell people I use read receipts?
It’s good manners, and in some countries the law expects it. A short line in your signature, such as “I use read receipts to make sure my emails arrive”, is enough. You can turn read receipts on or off at any time in Settings › Email tracking.
Is it included in the free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes read receipts on 3 emails a day. Pro and Business include them on every email, with instant alerts.
